Dear Spectrum Family and Friends,
Several dreams have come true for me recently. Our Upper Elementary and Middle School students had a fantastic three-day experience at the Angelic Organics Lodge, where they gained deeper understanding and appreciation of themselves, ecology, farming, and each other. Our Family Literacy Night was amazing! THANK YOU Jacque, Judy, and Julie (the J-Team) and everyone who pitched in. It was lovely to have some friends from IQRA with us as well! Finally, staff from Rockford University has invited our school to participate in their international initiatives, including an “Around the World in 50 Minutes” on March 28th from 12:00pm-12:50pm at Regents Hall in the Burpee Center. All are welcome and I hope to see some of our families there!
I wish you a wonderful spring break. Once we get back, time will accelerate even faster. We have more Angelic Organics Learning Center excursions, Interest Groups, our Fine Arts Showcase, Earth Day, the Fun Run and Grandfriends Day, and the Rockford Youth Expo. What a busy busy month!
