Thinking, Creating, Reflecting: Impacting the Future

Homeschool Hybrid Program

Spectrum’s Homeschool Hybrid program gives families the flexibility of homeschooling, while providing students with the structure, social interaction, and classroom experience of a school setting. Designed for homeschool students ages 5–14, our 2-day/week and 3-day/week enrollment options combine small-group academic instruction with hands-on, project-based learning across literacy, math, science, history, and the arts. Students also have opportunities to build friendships, enjoy lunch and recess with peers, and develop greater confidence, independence, and classroom skills. It’s a flexible way to round out a homeschool education while giving students the opportunity to learn, create, collaborate, and grow alongside other learners. See below for an example schedule for a Homeschool Hybrid student.

Also, as a part of our Spectrum community, you are invited and welcome to connect with students and families inside and outside of the classroom! From our Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat, to our Lantern Walk, our Winter Holiday Program, Spring Color Run, and so much more, we want you to feel welcomed and be able to join in on the year-long festivities!
