Dear Spectrum Family and Friends,
There is something truly special about sitting down as adults in a child’s life and taking the time to have a conversation about the child’s strengths, ideas, concerns, and interests. When the child is invited into that conversation it adds a layer of awareness for that child that we are all here to help him or her succeed, and we are all talking to each other about making that happen.
This is Spectrum at its best, and I am deeply grateful as a principal, teacher, and grandmother to be part of it.
