Determining if Spectrum is a great place for your child is an obvious priority.
During the summer, come in for an in-person discussion so we can understand your child and your expectations and hopes for your child. Children 8 and older will be expected to be part of this conversation as well.
During the School Year, Step 2 will include a visit to our classroom for a day. During the visit, your student will be assessed and observed by the classroom teachers. The Principal may be consulted if additional assessment is needed.
All materials and information about a prospective student are reviewed by the Principal with input from the classroom teachers. Families are notified in the week following the visit and assessment day.
