¡Viva México!

This week in Spanish class, Intermediate learned about the 16 de Septiembre and the story of Mexico’s independence. Students colored Mexican flags, listened to the story of the 16th, and then reenacted the story. It included a lot of marching around the commons proclaiming ¡Viva México! and ¡Viva la independencia! together. Ask your student what they remember from the story!
