Dear Spectrum Families and Friends,
It is me, Calum. I don’t usually write in the newsletter, but I have once before, so i guess i’m kind of the Middle School announcements guy. Today, it is my pleasure to announce, drumroll please, THE SPECTRUM SCHOOL MIDDLE SCHOOL PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY DRIVE!
Ok so here’s the info you will need. The drive will take place all of next week Monday, December 6th through Monday, December 13th. Across that five day period, we encourage you to bring in any peanut butter and jelly you are willing to donate and I mean any as long as it’s sealed. You can bring smooth peanut butter, crunchy peanut butter, strawberry or grape jelly. It really doesn’t matter to us so just bring what you can find. I mean it’s still just peanut butter and jelly. You can bring your donations to the box in the front office, you will be able to tell that its the right box because it will have a big sign saying Middle School Peanut Butter and Jelly Drive, plus it will be the only box with peanut butter and jelly in it.
All donations gathered will be brought by Middle School to Voices of Inspiration Food Bank at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, December 15. When brought there, Middle School will spend an hour or so packing boxes for families in need, so don’t worry, its all going to a good cause.
I would like to remind you that as food drives typically are, it is completely optional to donate, although heavily encouraged. Anything is appreciated, so tell your loved ones and if they feel like donating, bring it in for them. That was Calum with a brief bit of Middle School. Thank you for reading.
