Wednesday was World Kindness Day and Sally in her wisdom reminded me that kindness takes practice every day. Nevertheless, I had the privilege of facilitating a conversation in Intermediate and heard heartwarming stories of kindnesses done to them and kindnesses done by them. In a world that seems to be unraveling in places, it is often the little unexpected moments of gentleness, acceptance, and kindness that reminds us that there is beauty in the world. Nice matters. Empathy is what makes us human. Thank you for your care for your children and your kindness to our community.
