First day of school!
Today was a great first day! We had music class, learned each other’s names, learned the classroom centers, hiked, and read stories. It was a great start to our year!
Sign Language!
We had our first sign language class on Wednesday! We read Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? We learned 11 new signs! Here’s a short video so our preschoolers can practice anytime they’d like!
Thursday!
Thursday in Preschool, we continued to practice learning each other’s name, went to music class, explored centers, had “worktime” outside, learned a hello and a goodbye song in ASL (American Sign Language) class, and ended our afternoon making some nature “sculptures” with air dry clay and items we found in the woods. It has been a great first week!
