Bio

Hello! My name is Kelli Soutar. I have been working with children aged six weeks to twelve years for fourteen years. I was born and raised in Rockford. I have two children and have been married for ten years. I love to sing and dance. I am also part of the Amici Italiani Dance Troupe, the cookie mom for my daughters Girl Scout troop and an active member for my children school’s PTO.
