Melodies!
Upper students are composing a melody using mallet instruments. On Wednesday, students wrote the note letter names down and the rhythms they wanted. Next week, they will notate on music paper. Also, students found a Shel Silverstein poem they liked. Next week, they’ll also create music using GarageBand or a similar app and recite the poems with their music.
