Dia de Muertos!
This week in Spanish, Upper learned more about Dia de Muertos, tried pan de muerto, and tried chocolate con leche. Upper students worked on diamond art calaveras and EE/IE watched a video about monarch migration to Michoacán, México.
December Holiday Program!
On Thursday, we talked about the December Holiday Program. Weeks ago, students were able to share their thoughts on what character they wanted to be and what should be included in the story. A script was written with Upper students in mind! We read through the script for the first time and it went well.
